Check-in difficult. Got delay due to travel issues. It took 3hours to get an answer for late check-in and 20€ (not customer friendly). The place is a chocker

The outlets were hanging, shower was extremely tight, tv had no remote, no extra linen for the sofa bed.

We had trouble getting into the room and called the number provided, the customer service was awful, they were rude and not helpful. After a long day of travel being told "please stop speaking" and being ignored was not a good experience. They do not treat their guests like guests. We watched the woman who was cleaning our room smoke a cigarette right in our doorway with the door opened, leaving our room smelling like cigarettes. Our room had plastic wrappers under the table and radiator. There was no hot water and our room was freezing. I have never left a bad review for anything ever but this was a very disappointing experience.

We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night.
The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side.

第一次訂到無人服務的住宿，地點只有住址自己上網找，無法確定正不正確。Check in時間為下午三點，
提早到無法先寄放行李。
浴室門快要壞掉，洗衣機無法使用，看起來壞掉很久，因為都是霉味。
從住宿的窗口看出，斜對面有一家artist’s cafe,老闆熱情風趣，喜歡麥克傑克森的歌，咖啡也好喝，在不盡人意的住宿環境下，還有可以慰藉之處！
