My worst experience in Milano.
We stayed at this property for five nights with two friends, booking one triple room and one double room. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations and, in our opinion, did not justify the price we paid.
During our entire stay, the rooms were never cleaned, the trash was never taken out, and the towels were never replaced.
The hygiene standards were unacceptable. The bed linen was worn, had holes in it, and appeared to be poorly cleaned. The mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable, while the pillows had a persistent smell of sweat.
A strong musty odor was noticeable as soon as you stepped onto the hallway, and it was even more intense in Rooms 2 and 6, where we stayed. The rooms were dusty, and the overall impression was one of poor cleanliness and lack of proper maintenance.
The complimentary water and coffee, provided only on the first day, were of very poor quality. After consuming them, one of my friends felt unwell, so we decided not to use any of the complimentary refreshments again.
The bathroom in Room 2 clearly needed maintenance. The towel holder was ripped out of the wall, the lighting was inadequate, and the silicone seal around the shower cabin was old, damaged, and should have been replaced long ago.
Opening the windows only allowed dust and dirt to enter the room, making it impossible to air the room comfortably.
It is disappointing that a property located in such a beautiful area of Milan offers such poor standards of cleanliness and maintenance. In my opinion, this property should undergo a thorough inspection to ensure that its hygiene and service standards match the prices it charges.
We left feeling extremely disappointed and with the impression that we had paid for a level of comfort and cleanliness that we simply did not receive. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this property to other travelers.

No air conditioning, hot water in shower only lasts 5 minutes. No refrigerator, only espresso for drink. Must use electronic check in. No staff on site after 4:30 pm. But they do provide excellent help on WhatsApp.
