Basic but fantastic location
Check in was easy and pleasant once we found the place - it wasn’t the easiest place to stop and park whilst we went inside, and it’s on a one-way so tricky if you miss it! The lady was lovely though.
Parking was €18 a day and very close to the hotel, up a twisty ramp and on a rooftop.
Our family room was fine, but very sparsely decorated. No bedside lamp, no wine glasses, but very comfortable beds and it was spacious. We struggled to get the shower very hot but it was adequate. There was no safe to our knowledge which did worry us a little. It was a little noisy as we were going to sleep, but it was a Friday evening and we were really tired so had an early night. It certainly didn’t disturb us overnight.
Location is excellent. You can walk or get the tram into the centre, but the area it’s in is fantastic, there’s so much to see and do and eat! We ate pizza nearby, then walked the pleasant walk to the centre (maybe 30 mins to the duomo) saw the castle and grounds, spent a full day exploring and walked back. We felt safe.
There’s a supermarket seconds away so we had breakfast in the apartment. Staples such as salt, pepper, balsamic etc would have been really welcome.
Overall there are a few things that could be improved easily, but I’d consider staying here again.

I'll never come back
Apartment full of humidity, impossible to be there, the whole place very poorly maintained, little natural light. The kitchen was provided with uneven toa dishes. In the placard a there were blankets all messy. Access was simple and on the ground floor, the only salvageable

A disinterested council
Nothing to say about the kindness and hospitality of the receptionist Alessia but the very high price (Saturday night 249 euros excluding tourist taxes) of the rooms and services offered is absolutely not justified

THEY ROBBED US IN THE APARTMENT. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
THEY ROBBED US IN THE APARTMENT. A HOLIDAY TO FORGET. PLUS ZERO ORIENTATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
The apartment is beautiful, basic but well-kept, clean, in an excellent location close to public transport.
It's a shame that on our second day of holiday our studio apartment was burgled, thieves entered and stole personal belongings including a MacBook Pro and a wallet, we returned at 1.30 am after the day out to find the door and window open, all personal belongings scattered on the floor and the cupboard open.
We called the night assistance which in theory should have been provided by Easy Apartments - at least according to what their landline number said on the answering machine -, after 7 calls no response. We then sent a message asking to be contacted as soon as possible because we had been robbed. Furthermore, we were very uncomfortable staying the night in that apartment that had just been violated and burgled, we would have liked to be moved. Nothing, absolute silence. We spent a sleepless night. At 9.30 in the morning, after still not having received an answer, we called the reception again to inform them that we were queuing at the police station to make a report. On their part, some futile apologies during check out, that's all, no desire to help us, even though we were tourists in a city that wasn't ours. The manager didn't show up or make himself heard, not even after we called to say that we were at the police for the complaint, of which strangely they didn't want a copy, and then changed their mind when we left our review on Booking. We have not received a minimum of assistance from anyone, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF NOT AT ALL.
The entrance door to the stairs leading to the apartments was always open, there were cameras with dubious functioning turned towards the opposite side of the corridor, therefore useless: perhaps with a few more precautions such unpleasant situations could be avoided.
We had a ruined holiday and a nightmare night
