Optimal

Located one km from the central station, this mini apartment, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bathrooms and a very spacious and welcoming double bedroom. Good price. Breakfast to be had in the bar adjacent to the entrance door

One evening in Milan

The apartment is clean but about 900m from Pasteur metro and central station.
Poor cutlery, no glasses...
A little spoon.
Mouldy joints in the shower, brush toilet to change urgently.
No towel rail.
Good bedding.

Per un breve soggiorno in una zona comoda al centro e alla stazione

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte.
C'è una cucina con tavolo da pranzo e divano letto, un bagno e una camera da letto.
Pro:
All'arrivo ho trovato condizioni di pulizia molto buone, asciugamani puliti, saponette e bagnoschiuma in bagno, carta igienica, stoviglie pulite, bidoni dell'immondizia con sacchetto, asse da stiro, stendino, microonde, bollitore.
Il signore alla reception all'ingresso è gentile e disponibile.
Dalla struttura si raggiunge in poco tempo la stazione centrale e la metropolitana, per raggiungere piazza Duomo.
Ci sono sia l'aria condizionata che il riscaldamento.
Contro:
Alcuni muri presentano delle grandi macchie di muffa, ma per il resto è tutto in ottime condizioni.
I muri sono un po' sottili, si sente se le persone alle stanze accanto parlano a voce alta.
