22 star hotel
We booked this hotel for my son's graduation and it did not disappoint our expectations. Hotel in a convenient location to reach airport , city center and any other area .. tram bus stop practically under .. area full of shops , clubs and very quiet , impeccable cleanliness , very kind staff. It does not serve breakfast but offers free coffee and other drinks, nearby great bars for breakfast. I recommend it and it will be our point of reference when we return to Milan.

Close to Airport and Good for Walking
I like to walk when I visit a large city. I like easy access to bars and eateries, and I like when the public transit is only a short distance away. These needs, and our desire for a hotel that wasn’t too expensive, convinced my wife and I to stay at Hotel 22 Marzo in Milan, Italy.
Hotel 22 Marzo is a small, boutique-style hotel located very close to the smaller airport, Linate. We were able to get here quickly following our flight and our first impression was that the hotel was on the small side, with very few amenities. It doesn’t have its own restaurant, pool, etc., but food and drink are all around you and an easy walk away.
The rooms at Hotel 22 Marzo are small, but cozy. Our room was nice and clean and even though our room was close to a busy street, we had no problem blocking the noise and getting a good night’s sleep. The hotel personnel were helpful in directing us where we needed to go and they spoke English, which is good because I know almost no Italian.
One nice plus at Hotel 22 Marzo is the complementary coffee and water. It’s right in the central, common space on the floors, and there are chairs to get comfortable. We really enjoyed the late night coffee. It is freshly ground and tastes great. This was a nice, added touch.
We visited Milan for the winter Olympic games and while this hotel wasn’t as close to the Olympics facilities as I would have liked, it was still close to other things and thus we didn’t need to call a taxi or Uber very frequently. Hotel 22 Marzo isn’t a deluxe hotel, no, but it is comfortable and clean, and a good choice if you like a place of lodging that is a quick walk to nearby attractions or to the subway, tram, and other public transportation.

Milan on foot
Located about 1.5 km from the Duomo of Milan, it is a great choice for those who want to stay in the heart of Milan. This journey can be done peacefully on foot. If you do not want to walk, in front of the hotel there is a train/bus station that easily connects you with the whole city.
Not very large rooms, but clean, laminated floor and a bathroom with excellent shower. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a coffee machine available free of charge, plus a shared mini fridge. Staff very kind and helpful. Great cost benefit for a city like Milan and for those who like to kick leg around the city.

10/10 no complaints
This place was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable and functional, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the centre and easy to either walk to or reach with public transport. There were even a lot of nice places to eat or have a drink in the same road as the hotel, which were always full of people, so that the area felt exciting and full of life. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Milano.
