Familiar treatment

Modern hotel, very clean, near the city center of Milano, we could go on foot to every place.
We got advice from the staff, with sympathy, about everything we asked for.
I loved the pictures in the dining room...

Very Good Hotel

We booked Hotel 38 when visiting Milan and the Hotel was very clean, Good location, Good breakfast & very good location.
We will use the hotel again. it is a good value for the money.

Great hotel once again.

I’ve stayed at Hotel 38 in 2017 and loved it so much I went back in 2018. The staff (I dealt with Vionella and her son) were just as hospitable as last time. Of course the location makes travel to the Duomo, shops, etc just a walk away. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Poor hotel- not at all worth a 3star

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in single room and had an awful experience.
Rooms are shabby.
Wifi sucks (had extremely low/no connection for 2days).
V low lighting- feels horrible in corridors and in room.
Ac ahu creates noise.
Only 2 small sachets of body wash per day.
Walls are thin and can hear noise from other room
Breakfast is equally bad- not fresh, limited options
Think twice if u plan to choose this hotel.

Clean and basic

Would recommend this hotel if you want basic, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night because our flight was cancelled. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. The room was clean but very basic. There is a garden outside but it isn't the best. Breakfast is fine. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
