Excellent small hotel with perfect location

In notoriously expensive Milan, this excellent small hotel mere steps away from Milano Centrale provides real value for money. The rooms are simply furnished but spotless and very comfortable, and there are thoughtful extras like a mini-refrigerator with free nonalcoholic drinks and water. Service is very responsive and quick. My room deal did not include breakfast, but a generous and very tasty breakfast buffet could be had at a very reasonable price. The hotel is located on a well-lit street and I felt safe coming and going. Highly recommended.

Welcoming hotel in a convenient location

The location is convenient, near the Milan central station and the bus station; the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but cozy and the breakfast was adequate, with a machine for fresh carrot juice.

Great hotel in central Milan. We had no trouble checking in early and the hotel was very clean and the rooms well-appointed. We were only here for one night but very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel staff was very helpful from check in to getting us taxis to check out. The rooms were clean with plenty of amenities. The only thing I would warn, if you have a street side room it is noisy at night and you can hear people yelling all night. Very close to train station which was a plus also.

Outstanding Stay at Hotel Berna

Excellent hotel with a great location and outstanding service.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
A special thank you to Mr. Abdulmenem at the reception for his exceptional support, professionalism, and kindness throughout my stay. He truly made my visit to Milan even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Hotel Berna and will definitely stay here again.
