Special shout out to the tall thin man on reception who checked us in on Saturday night , took his time and gave us a map and directions for things we wanted to do and see in milan
Hotel was very nice the city was scorching in the summer heat but our room was lovely and cool , with the added bonus of a balcony to sit out on , room very clean and tidy, big bathroom
Food and drink options everywhere close buy , train stations and metros too
Very Eco friendly hotel too if thats something you look at
Will stay again if ever in milan

The lobby as soon as entering smelled like people are smoking there nonstop. The person at the desk was somewhat rude and asked that before we leave we keep our door card with them… which his colleagues didn’t enforce later. The room was nice, outside of that the overall experience was poor.

The hotel itself seemed fine, but the AC was not strong enough and you didn’t have your own control of it. It was super hot in the room.
The wifi was also terrible.

Hotel was nice and in a good location. Room was plain and basic but room was spacious. Front desk clerk at check-in, check-out and during the day was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included but was good.

Really well situated 5 minutes from the main station. Clean, small single room. Still pretty stylish. The guy in reception was very helpful & recommend a nice restaurant over the road where I had a nice meal. Close to the Metro, 3 stops from the Duomo. Good breakfast either big variety and fast and helpful staff. A great place to stay.
