Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in - the rustic charm hits you as soon as you enter the building. The staff couldn’t be anymore accommodating and helpful - they really do go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fabulous just what you need to walk around a city - the water is amazing - only thing I would suggest to change is maybe the shower curtains could be thinner and abit more waterproof. Although Amazing pressure from the bidet wow - 5* service in a 3* setting !! We will 1000% be back to stay here when we visit Milan again - thank you !!!

It was ok for 1 night. Aircon great! WiFi great! Breakfast limited. The place is run down and tired. The bathroom was absolutely tiny. If you want a cheap place to rest your head for the night then it’s ok. I wouldn’t want to stop any longer.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The condition of the place was far below acceptable standards — honestly, it was terrible.
What made it even worse was the complete lack of customer service. We reached out multiple times via email and phone, but never received any response at all. Being ignored like this is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely never stay here again.
