It takes the basics to improve!
I put it two stars for the location, online check-in quite convenient, wifi and working TV, everything else to wish for... Stay in via Napo Torriani, 22 .The small room but that is not the problem because it can also be old but maintained well... At the entrance you notice the dirt of the apartment and especially the bathroom. Shower cubicle unwashed in years and full of mold! I washed what I could buying detergents and patches, because it was impossible to shower. Sink got clogged after 10 sec of water coming out. The shower and tap in the shower was all broken and water was coming out from everywhere. Under the sink the dirt and full of hair Furniture, basket, the burst bathroom worn out. Faucets all dirty and encrusted. 2 toilet papers, 1 shower gel vial and 1 shampoo for 2 people with 8 nights stay! Bed linen, and 4 towels which is ok. Appliances: non-working iron, kitchen hob worked by itself, yes it turned off during cooking and always went to the same power (so be careful that you burn the food) even if it had to be adjustable in theory, the microwave once heated and one not, vacuum cleaner heated after 30 sec and did not do its job even after cleaning the strastra filter dirty I think never cleaned before. Pillows and blankets under dirt and with stains, pillows to replace (because every 3/4 years they have to be replaced) and uncomfortable! Staying for medical reasons (quite serious surgery) as I indicated, since it was asked at online check-in, I had to rest but unfortunately there were works right on top and all day you could hear nothing but hammering and machinery that sometimes you could not even speak from the noise. Having checked in online I had no chance to tell anyone all this since I didn't know any contact person.

Horrible!!! Don't trust them
DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Misleading, horrible customer service,.... I rented an apartment from this company in Milan.. and I was left homeless.
They confirm and advertise they have elevator,... but didn't mention that it was the adjacent building. Not the one we rented, imagines 5 floors (old building floors so more like 10) with luggage, on top of that the was nobody to help us to first find the apartment it was a neighbor to let us in. We spent two hours standing in the hallway between two buildings until a kind lady took pity on us and told us where the apartment we were looking for actually was—it was located outside in the courtyard.
On top of that, the building had no elevator and was under construction, with floors supported by temporary props. It was a horrible experience. The way they responded to our text messages made it seem like they didn’t care about our situation at all.
Between the heat and having to climb all those stairs, my husband almost had a heart attack.
Do not rent through this company. If you find one of their properties on Marriott, be aware that Marriott does not have a direct relationship with them—that’s how I found them. I assumed that because it was listed through Marriott, it would meet a certain standard of quality, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth.

Terrible
The photos on the website don't give a fair impression of the apartment. It was a bit of a shock to see that it's a basement-like apartment without any natural light. That's simply misleading.
The sofa is no fun for a 60-year-old; you practically sit on the floor.
There's also a dirty dishcloth on the counter, a cockroach crawling on the floor, a falling-apart kitchen drawer, and a dirty, calcified kettle. The air conditioning in the living room doesn't work properly, and it stays far too warm there.
All in all, our stay in Milan was a major disappointment
The city and garden views are also missing.

Treasure hunt to access the structure, we stayed outside 30 minutes to wait, dirty, without courtesy set, the toilet drain not working, air conditioner very very very noisy that you can not even sleep, lack of guest towels, the telephone operator advised us to use the shower towel for the bidet (half for the shower and half for the private parts) under the bed fluff and dirt varies, we strongly advise against this organization (bad) never again

Worste apartment ever
The company is the worst!
After the check in, I called asking for basic things, and the default attitude was that this is not normal!
As a start, the whole building is smelly, and the apartment too. There is a storage room that it extremely smelly!
I asked for several things such as tissues (napkins). The customer service representative was asking me why do I need them?! When I said that these are normal to have, he argued that they do no provide.
I asked for the washing machine detergent, he said that they also do not provide as a company policy. So, I asked why do you provide dishwasher detergent! He said that it is normal!
This is double standard, supplying detergent for something and not the other!
I asked for summer duvets, and they customer service was saying that it is not normal during the summer.
Another strange thing is that they have the policy of separating the waste, but have no facility to allow it. There is no extra baskets and there are no waste bags.
Keep away from this company.
