Perfect place

My best friend and I we use to make every year a trio together as we are living in different countries.
This year we chooses Milan and I've booked Lima apartments from booking.com.
The place indeed is as expected and the host Francesca, is very helpful.
Place : spotless clean
Location:10 seconds from Lima station as is in front of the block. Many shops and restaurants around. 12minutes walking to Milano Centrale Station. 30 Mon walk to Duomo.
Food: ask Francesca for Places to eat, as where she recommended us was perfect service and great food.

Total frauds

Avoid at literally any cost. Worst customer experience of all time. They UNSENT *self* check-in instructions on Whatsapp after our car broke down, then promptly ghosted us. So nightmarish it was almost comical, if they hadn't pocketed our money! These people should consider a new profession, because hospitality is not it.

Weekend with my friends

Apartment very close to the central station, with under house the red line Lima stop, very comfortable.E 'inside a nice condominium, well maintained and silenzioso.L'appartamento is cute and clean.Se we can give a tip: lack the cups for breakfast, better pillows and the third bed little confort.Grazie Francesca for the availability and kindness

Great location

My wife & I booked this apartment for a week in Milan.The owner, Francesca, met us outside the apartment complex & let us in & took time to show us around explain everything about the apartment . She was very friendly & helpful & asked us to contact her should we have any questions or problems with the apartment. Thank you Francesca for being so helpful & accommodating & for communicating with us leading up to our arrival.
Now for some general information about the Lima apartment.
Pluses :
Excellent location just outside old central Milan
Lima metro station is right outside.
Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
Corso Buenos Aires has an excellent variety of shops with reasonable prices
Our apartment was very quiet - no street noise.
Very clean & comfortable.
Not a huge apartment but very good size for a couple.
Air conditioned.
Free wifi
Nice separate bedroom with comfortable bed.
Kitchen has all necessary cooking facilities
Negatives: ( quite minor really but I had to think of some)
No washing machine or dryer in the unit
Shower cubicle is very small
Finding the apartment complex is a little difficult.

Reserva anulada

Réserve con très meses de anticipación en este alojamiento, y una semana antes de la fecha (yo ya viajando por Italia) me mandan un mail diciéndome que me cancelaban la reserva, sin explicaciones. Intente comunicarme con el hotel y nunca respondieron ni el teléfono ni los mails. Todavía estoy esperando que me devuelvan los 145 euros que pague y que ni me han devuelto a pesar de los reiterados reclamos!!!!! Un désastre y muy poco profesional
