First of all, I want to give a special shout-out to the receptionist, Muhammad. He was incredibly professional, caring, and accommodating—truly going above and beyond. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. He also makes the best Aperol Spritz in Milan!
The hotel itself is charming, located about a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed, cozy, and comfortable.
I highly recommend London Hotel for solo travelers.

This is probably the worst hotel stay I have had in my 35 years on planet earth. The staff, specifically a man I do not remember the name, is one of the rudest people I have ever met.
We were 30 minutes late to check out and he wanted to charge us 30€, despite never communicating this fee (he said if you checked out at 2 pm you had a 60€ fee). He said I needed to pay the tourist tax in cash, so I went to go to an ATM and my friend remained inside. When I came back, he proceeded to LOCK THE DOOR OF THE LOBBY and not let us out until we paid him the 30€, saying he had called the police. Eventually we said we would also call the police , and he released us after 10 minutes.
They only provide 1 key, and if you lose it, it costs 50€ (it is just a normal, reused plastic card).
The rooms are tiny, averagely clean.
I will say there was a very nice woman who checked us in and let us keep our suitcases the morning we arrived.

Excellent customer service from staff especially Mohammed.
Pristine room and bathroom.
Lounge area also super clean.
Whole hotel is aesthetically pleasing.
Most importantly, great location!

Small room, modern decoration, very clean. Best location

Single room, very small, clean, elegant and modern design.
Excellent location.
Walking to all tourist attractions.
Staff smiling and nice.
New elevator.
2-star hotel, very small lobby.
Great choice.
It's not a lounge room, there's no desk or balcony, but it's a great room for those who come for a walk.
Highly recommended.
