Wonderful service & location

First visit to Milano for the Winter Olympics. Wanted a boutique hotel, with breakfast, in quiet area but close to trains. Magville was everything we wanted. We arrived at 8:30AM and were able to check in and enjoy a delicious cappuccino. Welcoming service and most of the employees we encountered spoke English. We were given a room on first floor with terrace overlooking the patio. Lovely. We laughed about the “14th century” lock on the terrace door. Even in February, we loved having the door open. We found the room quite quiet. Really only heard housekeeping in the morning. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Large wardrobe with storage and a safe and a fridge with drinks of sale. 2 nightstands with good outlets. Desk/ shelf with Nespresso-like coffee machine and electric kettle. Espresso pods, tea bags and instant coffee packs provided. Bathroom was much larger than expected with newer toilet and large tiled shower with 2 heads (hand held and rain shower). Towel warmer and shelf for storage. Amenities provided - shampoo, body gel, lotion, soap bars, face wipes. Sliding door. Decent hair dryer. You drop your room key at the front desk each time you depart and the front desk is manned 24/7 so we never had to wait for the key. They were waiting for us each time. Elevator or stairs. Breakfast from 7-10AM - coffee, pastries, bread with toaster, yogurt, fruit, fresh juices, quiche and fresh eggs by request. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable.

Wonderful experience!

We loved our stay at this cute and lovely hotel. The best part was how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room had everything we needed and the cutest balcony. We slept through the night without any noise from inside or outside the hotel. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of options and the outdoor seating area was clean and so pretty. The location is fantastic, a little off the main street but within walking distance of a ton of eating options. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel!

Top hotel in a really quiet location. Nice courtyard and very delicious breakfast. Our room was very spacious and clean. Very nice staff and free water always available. Would stay again anytime!

Lovely home base in Milan

Lovely stay in Milan. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. They let us check in early, would have let us check out late. The crib for the baby was set up when we arrived. Nice location away from the main tourist drag. Great breakfast too with good cappuccinos. Only comment is that the shampoo/soap were poor quality and there was no hair conditioner. Would stay here again.
