Horrible place

The place is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb of poor quality, there is no breakfast, there is no room cleaning service, there is no elevator, I had to climb four floors with 6 heavy bags. Also canceled my booking 15 minutes before I arrived and paid directly to the owners, this way I can not make the review by booking and warn other people about the bad quality of this place.

be careful, big scam
2 km on foot for a croissant and a coffee, it is not an apartment but a garage converted into an apartment, with 3 garages surrounding you and the metro which passes just below this garage is located at 52 viale coni zugna
extremely dishonest people...their technique is to cancel your booking reservation like that you have no recourse, I am fighting with booking to be compensated but impossible

Commercial gain

This property canceled my reservation, claiming that I failed to make the required prepayment within a mere 4-hour window. However, I did send the payment to their account and even notified them via email, stating that the funds would be available in their account within 12 hours due to international policies. Unfortunately, I received no response to my email.
To make matters worse, the room rate for the same reservation has been increased to nearly three times the original amount, indicating that this decision was solely driven by a desire for commercial gain. Despite three months having passed, they have not returned my money.

Okay if you like lots of stairs and 1 coffee and 1 croissant for breakfast

I agree with Jak's review. Same happened to us last week. We got an email saying our credit card had been rejected, and our booking with Booking.com had been cancelled.
But on arrival they used the very same card to pay for everything.
(No commission to Booking.com and no chance for us to write a review)
