perfect stay!

me and my fiancé stayed for 4 nights and the whole stay was perfect, the room was cleaned beautifully every time we got back, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was a great base to explore milan!

Great no frills centrally located hotel

Location: Unbeatable central spot, with a fast, cheap Metro connection straight from the airport.
Service: Wonderful staff across the board. A massive shoutout to Agnese for being so helpful and knowledgeable!
Overall: We loved our stay and will definitely be back, though next time we'll aim for cooler weather!

Poor value and lacks essential safety features

The location is good and the staff are friendly. Do not be fooled by their 4 star rating as:
-the hotel wi-fi system is essentially useless.....the signal is very weak and it chips out every 5 seconds ; if you complain they give you a complementary premium service that is no better
-the bathrooms are extremely dangerous as the shower stall floors are very smooth and slippery. There are no grab bars in the showers so if you slip you will go flying ; when we complained to the management they indicated that all we needed to do was pull the emergency cord and someone would come to assist......no thanks ; I prefer not to fall in the first place. Prevention beats cure in my books
There are plenty of well equipped 4 star hotels in Milan......do not pick this one. It is poor value for what they offer and very dangerous

Recommended hotel

All the staff were extremely helpful and made the stay very pleasant. The location is excellent, breakfast was also good. A bit of noise given the high-traffic road.

Location was great for us, within a ten minute walk to central station (if that), the hotel was fabulous, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was nice. Only downside for us was having no tea / coffee facilities in the room but this was my oversight when I booked the standard as I wanted a balcony. Staff did inform us we could use the kettle in the cupboard near reception for early breakfast which was helpful.
