Amazing!

We stayed here from 6 to 9 of August. Are stay was really nice. The receptionists were lovely especially the receptionist, was the same one, that welcomed us and done our checked out on Sunday before breakfast and realised that we paid for breakfast but couldn't have because our flight was changed so she gave us a packed breakfast and told us we could have a coffee before leaving. She was very kind especially having a nine year old with us. Just a shame i dont know her name. Guilda the lady at breakfast room was lovely too! We loved our stay. Thank you!

Great choice in Milan

We stayed with the whole family and we were very well served, clean hotel, clean rooms.

NH Machiavelli Hotel review

The hotel is a good place with many amenities and a good location, but above all, I must highlight the work of the staff who took very good care of us and were always attentive. Deysi and Sara took care of us and were very kind and polite to us; definitely a 5-star experience.

Clean, Convenient, and Well Located

It's a nice hotel. I wouldn't consider it a luxury hotel, but it definitely gets the job done. The room was clean, and the facilities were well maintained.
The staff at the front desk, however, were not my favorite. I went to ask for an extra towel, and the receptionist reminded me—again, with an attitude—that I had to pay an additional fee because I was an extra guest. I already knew this because they had explained it to us at check-in, so the reminder felt unnecessary, especially given the way it was delivered.
On a positive note, we had a lovely breakfast and were served by Deysi, who was very kind and welcoming. So, not all of the staff were unfriendly.
Overall, the hotel is in a great central location, and I would recommend it if you're a tourist planning to explore the city.
