Good hotel, central

The hotel is well located, close to the center. There is a tram station almost down the hotel but we preferred to walk during the 4 days of our stay. The room is nice except for storage. The structure of the closet is apparent, which is not necessarily pleasant to see clothes and little shelving. The staff is nice and speaks French. Breakfasts are held in the basement, We also had a queue on a Sunday morning around 9am but it was quickly taken care of.
The breakfast buffet was very decent and the staff attentive.

We arrived and my husband was not feeling well so I asked front desk where I could get soup. Apparently soup is hard to come by in Milano 😂 so they offered to make him a soup, even though it was not on their menu. That was amazing! The young lady in the restaurant (Adele) as well as ALL of front desk personnel were so kind and attentive. Would absolutely go back.

We loved it very much.

The hotel is high-quality, beautifully designed, and stylish. A hotel that meets all needs. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The hotel has outdoor seating available. The breakfast is of good quality and sufficient. There is a parking space right next to it. Scooter and bicycle rentals are available in front of the hotel. It's relatively close to Duoma, but we usually went there by bike and it was very enjoyable.

We had an amazing time in Milano. The hotel is near to a shopping center and 10 min walking to main attractions. Staff is warm and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel.
