I would stay again

I stayed at Residence Viserba for 10 days in December 2021.
The entire location is very clean—lobby, hallways and apartments.
The apartment is a small studio. It is equipped with a kitchen. There is a large grocery store, which is a 10 minute walk from the residence.
There is also a Metro stop 5 minutes away, and there are numerous restaurants nearby, ranging from fast food to fine dining. It is a 15 minute subway ride to the center of Milan.
The manager Claudio is extremely attentive. Anything you need will be attended to immediately.
The best way to judge a hotel is whether you would stay again. I certainly would.

A comfortable stay

My first time to Milan, and on a Busisness trip, Residence Viserba was a comfortable stay, close to Metro network connecting you to greater Milan. Claudio (the manager/owner) was super friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments are clean and has everything you need.

Rapporto qualità prezzo per niente male, ha qualche neo da migliorare

Alloggio a VR per 3 settimane. Dunque, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente pulito e provvisto di rete WI-Fi condivisa con tutta la struttura, quindi utilizzabile al massimo per navigare in rete, ma non per servizi più complessi come lo streaming.
Il bagno in effetti è piccolo: bidet attaccato a 5 cm dal muro, poco utilizzabile. Cucina niente male, manca però il forno, in quanto provvista solo di piastre a induzione, a cui bisogna prestare attenzione quando si pulisce il piano cottura per evitare eventuali danni ai circuiti. Aria condizionata funzionante a diversi livelli di intensità che si possono impostare tramite corrispondenti interruttori. Peccato che la direzione in cui è puntata l'aria fresca sia verso la parte della testa del letto. Dunque se non si sta attenti si rischia di prendere mal di gola. Ma queste sono sottigliezze. Nel complesso non è male, soprattutto se la permanenza è finanziata da un ente per lavoro o per un corso come nel mio attuale caso.

Spartano e vecchio

Ho trascorso circa un mese in questo Residence. Il personale è molto cordiale e la posizione è ottima perchè sulla metro rossa. Le stanze sono valide anche se, come tutto il residence, sono piuttosto datate. Il Wifi non funziona praticamente, quindi scordatevi i film in camera alla sera. I bagni sarebbero completamente da rifare, soprattutto con una doccia che possa definirsi tale. Se non avete altra scelta come è successo a me, andateci, ma alternativamente cercate un altro posto.

Amigável, confortável, eficiente.

Gostei do local e das facilidades, pertinho do metrô, tem tudo para uma estadia tranquila. A máquina de café é ótima! Limpo e confortável com uma equipe amigável e prestativa. Recomendo o Viserba Residence , uma boa escolha.
