GOT WHOLE infection in my body from bed bugs bite went to my doctor as I was feeeling very unwell after my stay from here on the last night was very itchy from the beds got back to my country I had all bed bug bites and my arm was swelling I taught I was dien with the burning pain and swelling and whole body was itchy. I never had expereinced anything in my life. Bought a cheap
Ticket to think then when I got home cost me 120euros to see a doctor and get medications to treat the bites on my face and arm elbow....

Just about OK

I'm a 5-star guy and this is NOT a 5-star hotel. But: I knew that. I stayed here for two nights on floor 1, facing the front of the building and, referring back to other reviews I read after I booked: I did not hear any trains, I did not hear a nightclub, the room was fine and clean, but lacked any type of luxury—but again: they never advertised they do this. It’s basically old and may have received a lick of paint in the last 10 years, but the furniture has never been updated.
So, would I stay here again? No. Would I tell people who understand what they are booking to avoid it? No. It's like sardines; it does what it says on the tin: It's a basic hotel with friendly staff which provides a bed.

To flee absolutely! Too bad it is impossible to put 0 stars.
The hotel is extremely poorly located: right next to a train track and a nightclub. As a result, it is impossible to sleep for a minute at night because of the noise of the trains but especially the music that is at full speed and the bass that literally vibrate in the room (on a Thursday night).
The welcome is deplorable. When we asked for the second night’s refund at 1am because of the unbearable noise, the night watchman refused, replying that we only had to ask beforehand about the presence of the nightclub and the tourist area, information noted nowhere.
The bedding was catastrophic and the room was very dirty: walls covered with traces of mosquitoes, dirty duvet and many other problems.
A truly UNACCEPTABLE experience. I strongly recommend this hotel. TO FLEE....

If you want to know what Ukraine is, this is the perfect place!!

To flee!! No heating during the day or hot water in the evening the hotel is decaying no cleaning lady who changes your towels or gives you toilet paper
The surroundings of the hotel resemble Ukraine
Only positive the staff is nice and helpful!

Expensive for very little service

The hotel was very good. Very dirty street. Laceuil not very welcoming.
Room: very large, the bed was comfortable, well slept apart from the cushions. There was no reserve in the cabinet.
Too bad for tourists there were only Italian TV sets.
The fridge was sinking and not working.
It is the first Foix that in a hotel there is no hair dryer. Never lived that. My husband was asking laceuil and the lady was very unpleasant and said . We don't have that anymore.
And too bad we didn’t have breakfast.
Expensive enough for no good service
