Bad experience, to forget.

At check-in the apartment I had booked and already paid for was no longer available. They gave me another one all dirty, full of dust and with the previous guest's socks and underwear in the bathroom, in addition to the electrical wires dangling from the bathroom mirror. Two hours later and especially after calling several times to the number indicated, they changed my apartment. Too bad this was dirty and with several broken things, bathroom with broken light and without even a hairdryer. They opened the door of this second apartment remotely, guaranteeing that they would then send me the link to open and close the door, instead they did not send me anything forcing me to stay inside without being able to leave (because of course I did not know how to get back). After a thousand more calls I managed to get the access key to the entrance. Since I am in Milan for work, I lost a lot of time and had to move a couple of appointments. In addition to the lack of fairness for having given me an apartment different from the one booked, in addition to the lack of seriousness of the structure because it is unacceptable to rent such dirty and dilapidated apartments, in addition to the rudeness of the person who answers the phone and who was in the course of extremely resentful phone calls (when the resentful one can only be me), I lost a lot of time and I am really outraged. I hope measures will be taken against these structures because there is a real risk of catching (at best) some skin fungus. The apartment is also very noisy and in the bedroom there is not even a curtain. Obviously the shutter is malfunctioning! Experience to forget!
