Echo Hotel
I recently stayed at a hotel in Milan and was very pleased with my experience! The location was excellent, the atmosphere was cozy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and, most importantly, the service was truly attentive and welcoming.
I would especially like to mention Acly, who demonstrated great professionalism and was extremely polite, helpful, and always willing to assist. His attentive and friendly approach made my stay even more enjoyable. Employees like Acly truly create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Milan. Excellent service and genuine hospitality — I will definitely stay here again!

Nice clean hotel with very comfortable rooms. We chose it primarily because it is opposite Milan central station and we would be using the metro/ trains daily for site seeing.
There was a major fire just outside the hotel and it had to be evacuated. The fire alarm was inadequate, it sounded as if it was from outside and there were no strobbing lights.
Many guests including us did not react to it, and police and fireman had to physically nock on each door to get guests out.
It think this is a serious H&S failure and should be looked into by the hotel.

I had a great stay at Starhotels E.C.HO. It’s a modern, eco‑friendly hotel with an unbeatable location right next to Milano Centrale. If you’re planning day trips around northern Italy or need easy access to the metro and airport trains, this is one of the most convenient spots in the city.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s not huge, but the layout works well, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was much better than expected for such a busy area. The bathroom was updated and spotless with good water pressure.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise fresh pastries, fruit, and plenty of options in a bright, stylish space. Staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help with transportation questions.
A few planning tips for future travelers:
The area around Centrale is more practical than charming, so expect convenience over atmosphere.
Rooms run on the smaller side, so pack with that in mind.
Ask for a higher floor if you’re sensitive to noise.
It’s an excellent base if you’re doing day trips to Como, Bergamo, Venice, or Florence.

Very good
The Star Hotel is a bit away from the center but has a subway station in front of it, which makes getting around very easy. It has spacious rooms, breakfast with varied and quality options. The yogurt is the jelly are essential, homemade products, very tasty and different. The garage is paid part, there is indoor or outdoor option, but inside the hotel. We were very well served. I would definitely stay there again.
