Special place! Special people!

We stayed at this amazing b&b for four nights as a base to tour the area (Bologna, Modena, Verona ). We enjoyed an exceptional hospitality, cozy places that makes you feel at home, delicious home made with many options for breakfast . Above all, lovely couple that goes above and beyond to make at home. They give great tips for the region, restaurants, ice cream, activities, etc.

Great accommodation

We loved the stay. Very clean and with excellent breakfast. We were very well received by the hosts, who gave us tips from the city and were very kind. Although it is far from the city centre, it is quiet access by car.

Ficamos felizes em saber que você adorou sua estadia e nosso delicioso café da manhã.
Fazemos tudo o que podemos para ajudar nossos hóspedes durante a visita à nossa bela cidade e durante toda a estadia... entendemos as dificuldades de quem está longe de casa.
Estamos a apenas 4,5 km do centro histórico, com fácil acesso de carro ou por trem regional (trem Gigetto), que é muito conveniente e rápido.
Esperamos recebê-los novamente... ficaríamos muito felizes.

Perfect stay - Perfect hosts

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our room was nice and quiet in a residential area which we found perfect as a base. Hosts are wonderful and offer great breakfast, great suggestions, and great sense of humor:) She even received my lost luggage for me, so I didn't have to wait around for them. Will stay again if we return to the area!

Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.

Very quiet and well furnished room. Bed of excellent quality.
Breakfast of the highest standard with a wide assortment of homemade cakes by the owner. Very convenient internal parking. Prompt resolution of any particular request.
