The breakfast and the team down in the breakfast room made it a 5 star experience, great coffee and great spread of Italian goodies. Mostly cold food but hot dishes. There is a lovely little outside area to enjoy one of best hotel breakfasts i had in a while.
The receptionist on arrival was functional rather than Friendly and when I wanted to ask a quick query they prioritiesed a telephone. I had single room, narrow bed and near the elevators so some noise coming into the room. So breakfast team overall made this a good experience. The waiter is a comedian

Great room, clean and nice. Good location. An extra plus for the nice staff and the SUPER NICE fukost.

Several things to review

Pretty old-fashioned hotel, although there are some slight interventions to improve the style.
The room we had, as well as the bathroom, were a good size.
Large shower but hot water could only be obtained using the siphon, while from the onion ceiling came lukewarm water.
Mattress in my opinion very hard and pillows too soft.
Good cleanliness, excellent location, as it is practically at the mouth of the old town.
Convenient parking for the car (for a fee), even if very small.
Breakfast good enough for choice and quality.
Service in general a bit cold and detached.
Overall I can not say that I was bad, despite having the perception of having stayed in a 3 star, rather than a 4.

Great hotel!

The hotel is in a perfect location, on the edge of the ZTL, you can easily get there by car, parking is free, in 5 minutes walk you get to the historic center Unesco World Heritage. The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean and there is everything you need. The breakfast is very rich and really good. Added value the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We had a really good time!
