The rooms were beautifully appointed however I expected a bigger room and at a minimum with a triple room- it would be at least 3 twin beds and not a pull out chair- that was not comfortable nor do I count that as a bed. the staff was friendly and very helpful every day and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast had lots of choices. I did not try the bar.

The rooms were clean and nice but our non- smoking room often smelled smoky. The bed was very hard and I had to sleep on a comforter.

This hotel is a guarantee; my family and my little dog have been going there for two years and we have always had a great time.

Hotels, like their stars, must always be maintained!!
I was there with my sales team for a training course, but the hotel, whose photos we had studied well, was a big disappointment, especially because it displays 4 stars outside, when perhaps it only deserves 2. The building has great potential but is very old and not maintained. At least the awning at the entrance needs to be changed, it is old and dirty!! Nothing to criticize about the internal service.

Disappointed, I thought it would be better
I stayed at this hotel for three nights for work commitments. First of all, I want to point out that all the staff, and I mean all, were always extremely friendly, with a special mention to the person who takes care of moving the cars since the hotel is located in a pedestrian area. The breakfast was good in terms of both quality and variety. A note must be made about the rooms because they definitely need an upgrade, also in relation to the price of the property. I found the cooling system totally out of place, which consists of 90s-style radiators that are practically non-existent. The bathroom was really small and still had a very high bathtub that was difficult to access for taking a shower. I believe in the end that decisive maintenance is needed for some internal services.
