NOT ON VACATION BUT WITH FAMILY

A vacation with FAMILY. Staying in this fantastic establishment was wonderful. We felt like family. Beautiful establishment... top-notch cleanliness (and this should be emphasized since they accept our four-legged friends)... delicious food, not to mention the splendid breakfast and dinner buffet, as well as the tasty snacks. Kindness and professionalism of the staff. Davide, the wonderful manager... like Luciana at the reception, Lea, the fantastic head of the dining room... Xenia, who magically manages the cleaning while also being kind and courteous. Excellent location, we are in Moena with all services available. We had a great time; I wouldn't know what else to add. We know we have found our wonderful place in our hearts. Our room 437... a fairytale. Thank you very much to everyone.

Super cute staff

The hotel is perfectly located, 2 minutes away on foot is the city so you have everything around it.
The staff provide very good service, and there is also a delicious breakfast.

Good family hotel with excellent facilities

Our family of 8, ages 5-73, stayed for 6 nights during the Olympics. It was an ideal experience: good location in a charming ski town, panoramic mountain views from the rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast, very nice pool, and super convenient to the ski bus. We enjoyed 2 dinners at the hotel and appreciated being able to walk to the village for shopping and other restaurants. Covered parking was a bonus during a big snow storm. Would definitely recommend.

White Week

We stayed at this hotel and the experience was really excellent. The rooms are large, clean and new; ours was a communicating with the children, with very large and well organized spaces, perfect for a family.
The staff is exquisite, always helpful and kind. Special mention goes to the director, who has been constantly present and available for any request. We also really enjoyed the opportunity to bring the dogs with us.
The hotel has a convenient free garage with direct access to the hotel, as well as a free shuttle service to the ski resorts, really practical for guests.
The pride of the cuisine: excellent, varied and of great quality. Special thanks go to the maître Vincenzo, professional, attentive and of a rare courtesy, always ready to listen to the customer and to satisfy every request with a smile. Together with him, all the waiting staff work impeccably. For me they studied an ad hoc vegan menu, very good, showing great competence and constant attention to my needs.
Super recommended facility, we will definitely return.

A week of real holiday

Excellent location to reach the facilities and the town center. Perfect restaurant in the selection of meals, service and availability 'to meet every customer request. Pool and spa up to expectations. Comfortable rooms and impeccable cleaning service.
