Beyond comment

The only positive note is the flower boxes outside and the view.
Rooms super dated and not clean. Found numerous hairs on the blankets and pillows. Small bathroom and shower with a half-broken faucet.
At breakfast not even sparkling water, you have to pay for it.

Luxury is not everything!

For those who ski strategic position as you can comfortably go to both Lusia and San Pellegrino Pass even do both in the day.
Very clean. Nice managers. Modest decor but spacious bathroom and large balconies overlooking the mountains. Excellent the

Disastrous

I can only speak ill of these managers who, faced with a sudden cancer disease discovered 15 days before the stay and despite medical and health certificates sent over and over again via email and pec refused not only to give us at least a part of the reimbursement but have NEVER even been found sending forward the poor employees who no longer knew what to say

To troubleshoot

Hotel booked at the last minute, it is a good choice for troubleshooting. The staff was very smiling even late at night.
Breakfast offered a wide choice, you could even find a chocolate cake or croissants. One also wakes up with a magnificent view of the mountains.
However, we feel that the establishment is old and this is felt in the comfort of the rooms. The bed is more like a bouncing ball than a place to sleep. In addition, we had specifically requested a double bed and we ended up with two single beds glued, with a large mattress protector so that we could see only fire. Finally, everything is a bit expensive.
