A place where sensitivity and love for this land can be felt.

A place that is truly worth it. Small but with beautiful attention to detail; additionally, in each room, there is a personalized dedication that shows the owner's great sensitivity. Everything is under the control and management of this truly special girl. The breakfast is really good, genuine, and abundant; in short, nothing is left to chance. We will definitely return and very gladly as well.

A pleasant stay... indeed there are already three

We stayed three nights in July 2023, then two in March 2024 and again three in August 2024 at this property and I can only give an excellent opinion. Beautiful, spacious rooms, overlooking the stream with the possibility of falling asleep lulled by the lapping of running water and cool night breeze even in these hot summers (air conditioning is not there but not needed). Very good breakfast with desserts prepared by Asia, perfect hostess, linked to its territory. For the packed lunches of the hiker, perfect the nearby and well-stocked grocery store where Asia's aunt cordially welcomes you and where you can find Triora bread, excellent bruzzo and many other typical products of the area. Good Asia, keep it up! A defect? to the structure I do not find, even the lack of parking is well managed, certainly the small town is not as beautiful as Triora but is still convenient to move both towards the upper Argentina valley that Colla Melosa or the scenic Passo Teglia ... and Triora is not even 10 km. We'll be back.

Very valid... Too bad that...

The place is extremely small and clean, with truly exaggerated attention to detail and attention to the guest in all its forms. The owner is extremely nice, kind and helpful and the prices are more than adequate, especially the homemade breakfast with typical products is the touch of class.
Too bad it's not suitable for those who, like me, suffer extremely from heat and noise. Not having air conditioning (since the place allows you to stay at decent temperatures during the night and is well ventilated) I had to keep the windows open which, unfortunately, overlooked the street, which although on the outskirts remains busy even late Night. But I want to point out that this was a very personal discomfort of mine. Highly recommended.
Another flaw is that it does not have private parking.
