A few days of relaxation.

I had booked for 2 nights but then we wanted to add another night and they accommodated us by changing our room. We had a good experience starting from the free underground parking, lake view room, dinner in a typical mountain hall, and breakfast in a renovated and modern area. Excellent food, the quality is noticeable and the presentations of the dishes are also beautiful. Keep this in mind!

Everything was perfect.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, just steps from the lake and the ski lifts. Stunning breakfast, excellent dinner, and very attentive and kind staff. Rooms were spotless and fragrant, mine was all wood with a nice balcony overlooking the lake. The small spa was also lovely. And the hot tub in the garden… the owners were very kind, and a special mention for the treatment they provide for dogs… my friends who brought their dog were thrilled to be able to bring him with them to the dining room and breakfast without any issues… I recommend this hotel 100 percent… I almost forgot about the parking space in the garage… that was also very appreciated… in short, everything was perfect.

Everything very good

For the second consecutive year we returned to this beautiful hotel: the rooms are spacious, and all the staff, from the cleaning ladies, to those in charge of breakfast and dinner, to those at the reception, are much more than professional and kind. I would say caring and always smiling. Breakfast is princely and dinner is always excellent and abundant, compliments also to the cook!!! If our health allows it, we will return next year as well. STAY AWAY!

NEVER use these people. All these negative reviews are here for a reason. They refused to correct an error on a reservation, even though I brought this to their attention within minutes of me getting the receipt.

Super recomended

Came for 2 nights. We have had a room on the 4th floor with a great view of the lake. Very good location - a short walk from the cable car and from the lake. Rich breakfast, free parking. Great stuff. Pleasant and inviting lobby.
