In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cleaning of the accommodation takes place every 2 days. Additional cleaning comes upon request and at extra costs. Upon arrival, you will find little sweets in your room such as a Welcome Gift. The products are packaged in compliance with the regulations regarding the Residences. We ask you to inform us of any food intolerances or allergies. Our rooms are non-smoking and we kindly request that you respect this rule. In the event of this prohibition being broken, a penalty will be required for the extra cleaning costs. There is no daytime reception in the structure, so you can refer to the Réva Resort for any request or need (located just 5 km away) where the reception is open from 8.00 to 22.00.
