Spectacular seafront apartment

Our stay in this penthouse was simply perfect: wonderful location, on the fifth floor right in front of the sea with a magnificent terrace, there is free parking available in the area without any problems finding a place. In 10 minutes on foot you will be in the center of Monopoli, the area is residential, they are all new buildings, really beautiful. Right next door there is a supermarket, a few hundred meters away there are others.
The apartment has an oven, microwave and a washing machine, but there is no dishwasher. There is air conditioning but we have never turned it on, it is very ventilated. Mauro, who manages the apartment, is very helpful, he will give you all the useful information to have a pleasant stay. I can only highly recommend this apartment.
