Amazing place

Very friendly staff. The hotel has perfect location and a great view. The view is better in real life than in pictures! Breakfast is 10 out of 10. The city is 10 out of 10. Can recommend everyone to go to this hotel.

Beautiful views!

Loved our stay here! We requested rooms with a view and it was 100% worth it. The views and the pool are unbeatable on a hot summer day in Tuscany! We also very much enjoyed the breakfast - good food, kind people working the breakfast area. A great place to stay while in Montalcino!

Lovely stay

the good first. great location imo on the side of montalcino, lovely views from the pool.
room was quite nice, spacious, clean. small minibar/fridge, toiletries.. quiet.
reception staff were nice. cappuccino at breakfast & the views from the brekkie were amazing!
maybe if anything. please note they don't have parking places, you'll be directed to (paid) public parking up the hill. the pool area has limited availability of sunbeds & as the sun sets on the other side, somewhere after 3pm places start to be in shade.
be aware if you're elderly the road up&down the hill to hotel is quite steep. but surely that's expected in place built on hill anyway))
overall I'd happily come back.

Top spot for your Montalcino experience. Easy walk up through the village for food options. Great central base for exploring Tuscany. However the pool was too inviting and we actually just chilled for one day to recharge the batteries. Very good breakfast. It's an old property so expect an old room charm experience. Nothing flash but comfortable. All staff super friendly and helpful. Will be back in the future. Ciao.

Amazing view, I recommend watching the sunrise of the landscape, 5:45am, then you can either go to sleep again or go for your morning exercise, then do breakfast.
Parking is included, but is steep and twisted in a charming Italian way, beware if you have a long car though. I had to use the offroad mode to get ground clearance when leaving.
