Driven by an ancient memory I found a great restaurant

After about fifty years I returned to a restaurant in the town of Montale that I frequented as a young man.
Beyond the exciting nostalgia I found a cozy place with dishes of remarkable quality. My wife and I opted for two specials: "pici with squid on cream of peas and bottarga" and "noodles pumpkin cream and crispy bacon" two excellences with a balanced taste that caressed our palate. To recall the ancient experiences we also tasted the "panzerotti', a dish that at the time I did not miss, what can I say: simply exceptional. In conclusion, the philosophy of the place also happens, I will certainly not wait years to come and taste the dishes that they propose.
Special thanks to the managers for the warm welcome and attention throughout our stay in the restaurant.

Fantastic!!!

Very nice place, nice and above all very clean. The super professional staff from the owner Andrea who manages everything very professionally, to the super nice, friendly and helpful staff above all. Do not underestimate the aperitif moments even while waiting for dinner. Congratulations, to come and try absolutely once. Also for chef Mario and Duccio always very helpful and friendly too.

Optimal

First time in this place a stone's throw from home, satisfied. Excellent raw materials processed and served as a good restaurant should do, prompt and friendly staff. They offer a fish menu and a meat menu, this time I opted for the former. New experience with meat soon. Well done
