Great spring break

I stayed at this hotel in Montecatini Terme and overall I had a pleasant time.
The location is definitely one of its strengths. Right in the city center and 2 minutes walk from the train station. You can easily reach Florence, Lucca, Pisa.
Rooms were tidy and comfortable, breakfast was very good with good variety.
There is also a gym that you can use. and an outside patio where you can relax in this spring sun with a good glass of wine in hand or an Aperol spriz.
The hotel itself is welcoming, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to assist with any requests.
I have to say that the nicest staff member it’s Nino! The hotel dog. Very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to see guests and play.

Disappointment

A disappointment, Luigui was very bad person and his treatment was a disgrace. There was a certain Edwin who treated us well and was the only empathetic and friendly person in the hotel.

Pasta is not foreign.

This is a hotel booked through a travel agency. I went to the hotel to look around and have dinner, and I got the Allio-Oliopasta. During the meal, exhaust came out inside the pasta. We immediately notified the chef of the kitchen, but the person who appeared to be the employee was Suri. Isn't it a rule that the kitchenette usually comes out and apologizes and refunds, or gives it a different dish? When you eat pasta, be sure to check if there are foreign substances and we recommend eating it outside.

Gentile cliente, il seme che ha trovato era un seme del peperoncino non era un seme di sesamo, in quanto in cucina non utiliziamo semi di sesamo per le nostre preparazioni... ci scusiamo per il comportamento della nostra dipendente, ma le chiederei di cancellare la recensione in quanto è stato solo un misunderstading tra lei e la nostra dipendente,

Great location, everything perfect!

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of the Immaculate. It is located in the center of Montecatini, on the main square. It is only 400 meters from the station with which you can reach both Florence and Pisa in 20 minutes. The staff is excellent, attentive and available for anything. The room has a balcony and very clean. Hearty breakfast both sweet and savory and if you want you can also have lunch and dinner in the structure, all great. I highly recommend this hotel!
