Relaxation in beauty

Really nice place, with a beautiful view. A real farmhouse. The owner produces wine and oil. The place exudes history, the story of a family intertwined with the historical events of the place.

Beautiful structure, Cabin and cozy

I stayed at this property on the night of Saturday 28 September. The property has small apartments with everything you need. I particularly enjoyed the terracotta flooring and the really spacious bathroom. The property has parking and is located just outside the village, a few minutes from Montegiorgio.
I did not use the B&B service and I did not pay the structure (it was offered to me by a friend) so I can not express myself on the cost.
Beautiful view from the room.

Stay of relaxation and peace

We stayed at this farm in July, the location is lovely is definitely worth a visit. The rooms are complete with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is surrounded by olive groves with an enviable view of the hills.
Mr. Ferdinand was helpful and kind in complying with every request.
I recommend combining your stay with a tasting in the wine shop owned in Montegiorgio, where you can taste the local excellence combined with Ferdinando's wines.

Nice and relaxing in a lovely part of Italy

We stayed at I sassi di san giuseppe for 4 days in August and we had a very pleasant experience. The place has been nicely refurbished and the pool is very nice. Pictures on the website are 100% realistic. There is no restaurant or bar, but each apartment has a kitchen so you can sort yourself out easily. The place has only few apartments so it was quiet even if full when we were there. They even produce a quite nice organic red wine which we ended up buying. Location is perfect to enjoy this beautiful part of Italy. You absolutely need a car here but everything is close by and roads are safe (mind the speed cameras on the mainroads pretty much everywhere!). Lots of super nice villages around Montegiorgio ( all around 10-15 Km) and seaside also close (Porto San Giorgio is very nice). The owner is very friendly and helpful and everything was dealt with in a very professional way since the first email enquiry about booking. All in all we had a very relaxing time here and I can see ourselves visiting again in the future!

un agriturismo vero in un luogo incantevole

Se cercate un agriturismo vero, uno di quelli in cui si respira amore per la Terra (quella tonda) e per la terra (quella bassa, che richiede sudure e ricambia con nettari) e amore per il territorio, inteso come insieme di saperi, cultura, passione, eccolo. Non parlerò del rapporto qualità/prezzo, perchè per me non ha senso. Spendo consapevolmente, e i soldi che guadagno li spendo volentieri solo dove trovo anche tutto quello che non ha prezzo; bellezza, sincerità, onestà, umanità. Grazie Fernando per tutto.
