Quaint Authentic Luxury

Gorgeous Villa. Get the Il Balcone suite. Infinity pool with the best views in Tuscany. Restaurant a gem!

What an amazing hotel! We were warmly greeted on arrival and invited to a welcome beverage of choice. We were then escorted to our room and shown the various amenities round the property. Our room was immaculate, modern, clean and the view was breathtaking. The grounds at the hotel are well maintained and the view from the infinity pool and our room was STUNNING! The evening meal at the restaurant was one of our favourites of our trip and very reasonably priced, alongside the breakfast which was fresh and a variety of options. I can’t thank the staff enough for their friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Villa Cicolina for our honeymoon was magical! The property is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a Senior Suite that was very spacious and the king size bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top notch! The infinity pool was beautiful. We enjoyed naps in the comfy lounge bed by the pool. Loved that you could whatsapp the staff and they would bring you whatever you needed including Spritz's by the pool. We did the wine tasting held in their romantic cellar with great wines and charcuterie. We also did the cooking class that was so much fun and then we got to eat what we prepared for dinner in their beautiful outside patio. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and we would definitely recommend!

Please can I give this hotel 6 stars?

What can I say that about this hotel that has not already been written. Its not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at but it punches way above its weight in respect of customer service, friendliness and ambience.
From the moment we arrived and were offered a complementary drink ( more expensive hotels ought to take a lesson), to the way they looked after me & my wife when I took ill for a couple of days, and the commitment to making one's stay as perfect as possible.
A big thank you to Allessia on the front desk, Roberta the general manager, Roberto and Safi (waiters) and especially Maria the outstanding chef who made up special dishes to cater for my vegetarianism. The food was outstanding!
Downsides, not many - we had to change rooms during the stay (a seamless operation) moving from a junior suite to a senior suite - I actually preferred the junior suite as the bed in the senior suite was not comfortable.
We stayed 4 nights and out of the 5 hotels on our trip, this is the only one we will return to.
