The view is beautiful, it is only the bathroom and the elevator that are a little small.

The hotel is very well decorated, the elevator is a little small, the rooms are very comfortable but the bathroom is a little smaller, there is a bar, there are several tables outside the hotel.

Un séjour parfait entre mer, confort et accueil exceptionnel ✨

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and ideally located, just 50 meters from the sea, in a quiet environment and at the same time a five minute walk from the station — a perfect location.
The bed is of excellent quality: we slept like on a cloud. The bathroom, completely renovated, is modern, functional and very pleasant. Even the room is contemporary and perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to feel comfortable.
Breakfast deserves a special mention: a real treat! Everything was delicious, varied and carefully prepared. The entire hotel is impeccable cleanliness and very well maintained.
We would like to thank Ema sincerely for her professionalism and her contagious good humor, as well as Alessia for her kindness and her valuable advice.
We recommend this hotel without any hesitation and will return with great pleasure.

Beautiful short stay holiday

Most helpful staff I’ve ever come across in a hotel nothing was too much trouble. I had left my rucksack on platform at pisa station and Alissia the receptionist tracked it down and I managed to recover it on return leg of journey.the location is excellent for exploring and really nice beach nearby, along with trail hikes through the surrounding hills and vineyards.best of both worlds holiday.

I have been going to Monterosso for 50 years, my parents have a home there and therefore I have never needed to stay in a hotel. I always pass in front of the Palme hotel and I have always liked it, I find it to be among the most beautiful in Monterosso. Last night I needed help because my husband had a high fever and the pharmacy was now closed. I went to the Palme and found a very nice girl at the reception who helped me even though I was not even a guest of the hotel. I congratulate you on the choice of staff and I take this opportunity to thank you. My husband is better

Disappointed

We stayed here for a few nights in July and were unfortunately quite disappointed, especially considering the high price and that the hotel has 4 stars (which is probably only because they have staffed reception around the clock).
The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed recently renovated, but it was very crowded. The room was otherwise bare and impersonal, there were no extra amenities like kettle, and the hairdryer was very weak. We only had one sheet as a duvet, which is certainly common in warm countries, but felt a bit spartan. The bed has no mattress topper which makes it hard.
We had a small window overlooking a parking lot which was not so charming.
A bit strange detail was that you have to hand in the key every time you go out and ask for it again when you come back, which became quite annoying in the long run.
The breakfast was okay, pretty standard, but the juice was unfortunately not so good.
In conclusion, I think this hotel is absolutely not of 4-star standard, although it is clean and functional. You pay a lot, but get pretty little in comfort and feeling back.
