EXCELLENT!!!!
EXCELLENT!!! I WOULD STAY AGAIN for 1 week!! Very complete, good sheets, good towels, everything impeccable! We had a room with two large windows and a balcony! From afar, you could see the sea. The location is excellent!! Both for going to the most beautiful sandy beach in Monterosso and for going to the center. It has an electric kettle, everything they provide is very complete! A very cozy place! The other room for my daughters has no balcony but also has a very bright window! I loved the place, we stayed for 2 nights but I would go for 7! The person who received us was very kind, came right away, and explained everything. A perfect 10!!!!

Do not book! Terrible experience.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! I booked a room at this property for a one night stay based on being offered early check in as I only had one day on the Cinqueterre. On my arrival I was told this was not possible and the staff would let me know later in the day when my room was ready. My calls and messages to the phone number I was provided with were left unanswered and when I did finally speak with someone I was told the staff were there and would let me in. So I carried my case up to the fifth floor and after repeatedly knocking on the door I discovered I had been misinformed yet again and there were no staff there to let me in. I had asked for directions prior to my arrival and was told all the information was on the booking details but the map location takes you to a road where there is no direct access to the property and eventually I worked out that I had to go around an alleyway that leads off the road but there is no information provided about this and as a female solo traveller I do not feel comfortable with this setup. The entrance and stairwell is not well maintained with peeling paint and there is an intercom panel with faded peeling labels for the other residences in the building but the ‘hotel’ does not have a button. I made alternative accommodation arrangements before any staff arrived and as I was leaving a couple of cleaners turned up but communication was difficult. I messaged the ‘manager’ and he was far from helpful. I received no apology and he sent me several argumentative messages and has refused my request to waive the cancellation fee and has proceeded with charging me for the night. I advise to not consider even for a moment booking this property, especially if you are a solo female traveller.

携程完全没写这是家庭民宿…位置在住宅楼的四楼，要到的时候可以提前五分钟联系房东，他会过来给你钥匙
不过房间真的很新很干净，像 是新打理出来的，进去还有淡淡的很舒服的香氛味道，竟然是来意大利住过的最干净的地方了🤣价格也挺便宜，想住5村的很推荐

Situata al quarto piano, senza ascensore, gli spazi sono stretti e il mobilio completamente casuale non contribuisce. Presenti qualche accenno di comfort come tostapane, microonde e alcuni basici prodotti per la cucina. Il tutto rovinato da prodotti per il bagno presenti ma quasi tutti semivuoti e con etichetta in alfabeto cirillico (perché?).
Esattamente sopra i binari del treno, che passa regolarmente a tutte le ore e non allieta le ore di sonno.
Carissimo per i servizi che offre, non consigliato a queste condizioni.
Anche la pulizia lascia particolarmente a desiderare...
