In the center in a super quiet area

We stayed for a weekend at this hotel; the rating is 5 very well-deserved stars, we will definitely return. We had a great time: very close to the beach, very close to the town center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area where peace reigns. The staff has always been very, very kind and helpful with all our needs. A place to truly disconnect, even if only for a few days!!! Thanks again and congratulations!!!

Hotel giulio cesare cinquale three stars

2026 March.
Excellent small family hotel three stars in forte dei marmi. Stay mid-March 2026. Good room, small but efficient, nicely decorated and very clean, comfortable bed, colorful ceiling of a restful green color.
Bathroom with half bath/shower and Vimar socket with double voltage 220/110 and flat USA socket. I booked a regular room and had a very spacious balcony room upgrade. Quiet area.
Internal parking at a cost of 10 euros per day.
Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of sweet and savory products and hot omelets. Of each product is quality there is a wide choice (like six juices even without added sugar) or croissants of various flavors.
Salted tray with raw ham (rare to find even in the 4 stars) and baked, cheese and pancakes with original Canadian maple syrup.
Very kind and helpful staff with on the reception desk tray with chocolates and kisses Perugia.
Excellent general maintenance.

The family run 3star property was lovely and our hosts couldn’t have been more obliging. The room was not large but we were able to leave 1 suitcase on the balcony which worked fine. Cleaning staff good, lots of towels & fresh sheets daily -3 nts. Breakfast was good. We rented bikes,& used the parking & gym. Good value

we stayed one night for a concert..
price a bit excessive in relation to the structure that is quite "ancient".. clean and tidy rooms, reasonably good and varied breakfast although I was a little surprised that the day before I had to request croissants or the number of toasted slices for the day after... I never happened! I imagine it was for fear that someone would take away an extra croissant after breakfast since it is specified in capital letters that "take away something for breakfast" has a surcharge of 6 euros per head! (which they define "travel basket").
garage for a fee (10 euros per day that ask in cash together with the tourist tax!) that honestly I thought was included in the amount paid, since it was already high enough! ditto the bikes and the gym area... extra tt and tt 10 euros per day!! there is no elevator! the air conditioning in the night turned off and when we checked out was still off .. for one night only I did not ask for assistance... surely it will be more accessible than the hotels of the fort (which is practically there) and is in an optimal location but honestly I expected something more for 300 euros in 3 for one night!! (booking)

Very nice service

All of the hotel, both Owner and staff, were very friendly and provided very good service. On several occasions they went the extra mile to Things to do our stay optimal. An affordable hotel in a very quiet and nice area near the sea.
