Two days nightmare, smells of mold all over the house cleaning non-existent, deafening traffic the toilets were not cleaned smells of sewer that came from the toilet drains, all reported also to the Owner who acknowledged my complaints without doing anything but his apology, never again

Excellent experience

I stayed in the Fonseca Naples with my family at the beginning of October. We had a great time, the apartment was clean and convenient for getting around the city.
Just below the house is an excellent bar where you can have breakfast, the owner is kind and helpful. If one day we return to Naples we will certainly return to the Fonseca Naples.

Disgusting. Absolutely avoid. Should not be in business

An absolutely horrible place to stay, the worst I have ever been to.
The apartment is completely run down, in the middle of a building being renovated. It is filthy, the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. There are loose cables, broken showers, mouldy tiles, paint peeling, leaking boiler, door handles falling off, building works all around the building (meaning builders look in to the bedroom).
You cannot stay there and relax during the day due to construction noise.
You feel dirty after a shower because it is so much mould.
The smell of sewage when you walk into the apartment is eye watering & then you cannot open the windows due to the building works taking place and the dust generated.
The apartment is not fit for purpose. The pictures used for advertising are several years old and give a false picture. It is completely unsfae, unhygenic.
We booked a 7 night stay and managed 5 nights before leaving for a proper apartment.
I have never been so mortified and disgusted by an apartment and will be reporting it to the relevant authorities in Naples.
Avoid this place at all costs

Molto sporco

Ho affittato con la mia famiglia l'intero appartamento. Appena entrata mi ha colpito il forte odore di fogna che proveniva dal lavandino della cucina e che invadeva tutta la casa. Visto il freddo ho chiesto alla ragazza che mi ha accolta se ci fosse un impianto di riscaldamento e mi ha detto di sì, salvo poi scoprire che i termosifoni fossero staccati. Purtroppo la casa era sporchissima, i pavimenti erano pieni di ammassi di polvere e sporcizia (di cui conservo le foto), abbiamo chiamato il padrone di casa per fargli presente il problema ma ci ha risposto che la casa era stata già pulita e che per i successivi 5 giorni di soggiorno non sarebbe avvenuta nessun'altra pulizia (al contrario di quanto era previsto dal contratto).
Le lenzuola emanavano un cattivo odore di piedi e sudore.
Inutile dire che la permanenza non è stata tra le migliori.
Mi dispiace molto fare questa recensione così dura ma visto il trattamento poco carino del proprietario non posso fare altrimenti. Tra l'altro l'alloggio è classificato come bed and Breakfast ma dentro non c'era nulla per la colazione, nemmeno una misera bottiglia d'acqua.
Ciliegina sulla torta? Dopo aver pagato più di 700 euro di conto siamo anche da lui stati "accusati" di aver -fatto sparire- due federe che in realtà si trovavano al loro posto. No comment
Insomma, se cercate un alloggio pulito e un b&b degno di questo nome andate altrove.
