Clean room
Friendly and very helpful host!
Breakfast and housekeeping lady who doesn't speak French: communication is sometimes a bit difficult and can seem rude, but don't let that fool you, she is very kind. She was always polite, courteous, and very kind to our child. She gave us tips for our outings and our days in the city ❤️
Towels changed daily
Sufficient products for breakfast
We didn't lack anything
Elevator available
Noisy neighborhood, we are in Naples!
I think it is better not to stay out too late in the evening... Afterward, we came back once at nearly 10 p.m. and everything went very well...

Avoid Naples , terrible place. Our rooms aircon was not working … the fridge wasn’t working… the lights flickering … in 38 degree heat. 3/10

We stayed here three nights while travelling parts of Europe from the uk. It was clean, close to the station and had a TV, wardrobe, balconies, and airconditioning and was relatively cheap. If your travelling and aren’t looking for anything fancy just a base then this is perfect for you. I wouldn’t come here if I was on a Holliday and speak no Italian. Both the hosts do not really speak English but the check-in was okay and google translate got us by. Breakfast is a few pastries nothing fancy but there if you need it - to note you cannot use the kitchen or the cups that is shown.
One thing to note that we have seen in many reviews is the cleaning lady. She was nice enough to us through google translate but we had a few problems with her coming into our room and trying to clean after we told her not to and the check out at 11 is advertised wrong. You will be asked to checkout at 10- maybe earlier as cleaning is done at 9am. Don’t put anything in the fridges or freezer that can go off as the fridge turns off with the electricity and will go bad (wine and alc only)
Overall not terrible as we don’t really mind and stay pretty positive but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting very little issues or hassle

Very terrible place to stay loads of homeless people in and out,very filthy place,the cleaner is unhelpful she’s an idiot very rude always angry😹😹when breakfast time she’s like hitlers commandante always looking at you,please don’t ever booked this place look for other options or else you’re day is always ruined

Disappointed guests

Location- filthy, unsafe environment
Host- the cleaner terrible it ruins your day, zero English, very rude, un respectful, an idiot.
You have to wait to check in if you dont inform your arrival.
Advise to plan to book this place - better look for other place to stay to make you’re holiday feel a holiday.
