No issues at all other than the air con wasn't strong enough for the size of the room if you like a cold room. Room with a terrace was excellent, station 3 minutes away, taxi rank 1 minute away . Will stay there again

The AC unit didn't work. They work on resolution. They provided us with a fan in the middle of the night until the reservation team took care in the morning. They offered to switch room and complimentary breakfast as it was not included. We kept the room for the 2nd night. My suggestion is that those AC units should be installed where the beds are and not on the living area or they should install AC with more capacity for the rooms. I was on room 607.

Stayed for one night as a family of four in a family room. There was a double bed and two single beds, no issues there. Air conditioning however was not working properly, it was 37C outside. Staff tried to help, but all we got was a fan. We hardly slept at all overnight. Location of hotel is handy for transport, bus/train/metro. Rooftop area is nice to chill on and watch (and listen to) the world go by. Ok selection for breakfast including some hot items, but mostly continental only options. Overall a handy stay but ruined by lack of A/C which meant we all hardly slept.

Lovely Hotel

Lovely Hotel with Great Service and Excellent Transport Links
Lovely hotel. From reception to the breakfast team, every member of staff was polite, kind, and welcoming. My room was spotless, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and having both USB‑A and USB‑C charging ports was really convenient. Just a heads‑up: European adaptors won’t fit here, so make sure you bring a Type L adaptor.
The hotel is also in a great location — just a short walk from the main train station, which offers easy connections to Pompeii and Sorrento. Right outside the station, you’ll find the Alibus airport shuttle, making transfers simple and stress‑free.
Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent staff, clean rooms, and brilliant transport links.

Breakfast was nice. Location was good since we came/left by train and also needed to go on Vesuvio and Pompeii tours.
