I recommend it!

Great property, located in the center, friendly, polite staff. Cleanliness of the room excellent. We stayed in the Camellia room and we had a great time being that I also have a little girl. I recommend it!

Excellent location, minus a whole series of unexpected

I'll start with the sore notes, which I hope will be useful to make the necessary improvements ^^
1) Despite being told that we would find welcome coffee pods were not actually present.
2) the hairdryer in my room was about to melt down (I had it changed in quick times)
3) the shower has no half measures, either very hot (as I like) or very cold if you move the knob a little, this can be a problem.
4) the coffee machine on triggered the lifesaver ( also this promptly changed )
5) one of the couples complained about the little soundproofing with the adjacent room (cause flushing of the bathrooms ) , they changed his room
positive notes: gigantic room, comfortable bed and pillow, every "headpiece" was solved promptly, we were honored with two sheets, strategic location in Naples
The girl who greeted us was sweet, but a little disoriented, at least this is the impression we had, maybe overloaded with things to do and manage.

Stay was OK

The hotel is located near the metro station University. The hotel is not immediately recognisable from the street, as it goes over a courtyard there. The room was a good size with private bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. In the room was a fridge and an electric kettle, as well as coffee mugs. Unfortunately, there was no other seating other than a plastic chair and a narrow desk. The room was clean. Fresh towels were provided every 2 days. Some attractions are within walking distance.

Very good!

Great solution for a holiday in Naples. Central location (places of interest can be easily reached on foot or by metro and funiculars), modern structure in a period building, thorough cleaning, very large and pleasant room, efficient Welcoming organization able to meet specific needs without problems (possibility to store luggage before check-in on the day of arrival and free luggage storage after check-out on the day of departure). Staff very courteous and prepared, able to provide any useful advice for the best enjoyment of the holiday. Affordable price when compared to the level of Service offered.

Great location to visit Naples and Pompeii

The location is optimal, for the centrality to the Spaccanapoli, Cristo Velato, Duomo, Piazza Plebiscito districts. It is a stone's throw from the metro University so it is convenient to reach the station. The room is basic but well cleaned and very quiet as the view is on an inner courtyard and not on the course. Breakfast is offered at the bar, nothing special, personally we prefer the buffet breakfast of the hotels, but we were fully aware of this. Staff available to solve any possible need. Easily available with whatapp, they offer information the day before arrival. Convenient service to leave luggage in the structure in case of late departure.
