I didn't want to leave

I only stayed one night. I have toured Italy for 2 weeks and this place had the best air conditioning out of all the places I stayed which was great as it was so hot. I was emailed in advance as to what time I would arrive and all went to plan and I was in my room at 12.30pm. I was able to leave my suitcase after check out and again it was so easy to pick up. When I went back the guy who checked me in (maybe the boss) was waiting at the top of the stairs with my case. I didn't get his name but he was very handsome and maybe late 30s. My room was great. Really comfortable and I didn't want to go. If I'm lucky enough to get back to Naples I'll stay here agin. Highly recommended.

Unique B as breakfast is not provided (but I knew it when booking).
Dark room as the only window overlooked an internal hallway.
I recommend it for a week but only booking rooms overlooking the main street.

A little disappointed

Large room, bathroom is not the best hygiene, tiring to flush the toilet, which does not empty the contents. Also the mold between the joints of the shower tiles were quite annoying. Questionable air conditioning, it worked after two days. The wording Beb lacks the second B as zero breakfast. Not even a kettle for water.

Top location! in the center of Naples a few steps from Piazza Plebiscito in a quiet street but full of shops excellent quality price, just renovated with great taste, friendly and helpful staff, I recommend it for a carefree stay

Refused to cancel

Unfortunately they refused to cancel my room upon my request although I had booked just the night before. Most hotels would accept a cancellation of this kind ( I held the room for less than 24h) but they werent helpful. Too bad cause Im often in Naples and would have liked to try the Hotel.
