Not for me. Terrible area. Trash everywhere. Not safe!

Will never stay here again. Will not recommend.
Parking was a mile away, charged 25€ overnight.
Couldn't find the hotel entrance. No signs on the door. After entering through the locked door, no sign where to go yo the hotel. You end up standing inside the building without knowing which direction. Hotel is on the second floor. But you also need to look for it.
Receptionist was rude for no reason.
Will never stay here.

To start checked into room and looked to be sure things were the way they should be and the refrigerator had things in it that was already open. I let them know right then and he acted like it was no big deal but it is because that means the cleaning was not done right he did take care of that. That night the air conditioning never did cool down so I told them about it the next morning and was told it would be fixed got back that night and still did not work so another night without and was told they would move us they next morning we had to leave very early so had to move when we got back witch we did but that room did not do much better for ac and was smaller got up next morning and the shower did not work could not get water out of the shower head so had to use a little buckit we had with us again we told them and was told they would fix it got back that night not fixed next morning just used the bucket again because we were leaving that morning. All this time the person just acted like it was no big deal. Forgot one thing the first thing they mested up was our laundry but they did fix that problem. Never the less when we go back it will not be there. Bud

Nice, excellent position just the building would need a bit of renovation

This hotel is in Via Chiaja (pedestrian so very quiet at night,but easy access by car/nearby), one of the most central and elegant street of Naples; the hotel itself is elegant (our room had a small balcony on the street and ceilings higher than 4 mt). The room was nice and clean and also the barthroom, even if I would have preferred a shower ; good breakfast but nothing special, helpful staff. Not all the room are in the main entrance, ours was 1 floor upstairs, this was not a probelm in August but §in winter I wouldn't have appreciated it. The building itself (the hotel occupies around 1,5 floors) definitely needs a renovation. In any case I would return here in the future, also for the reasonable price.

Fantastic experience

Excellent experience, it is not the first time we have stayed at the Chiaja Hotel de Charme, I recommend it to everyone.
