We stayed for two nights and happy with everything. The host was responsive and instruction to checkin were very clear. Room was clean and added bonus of Netflix so we could watch tv whilst relaxing in the evening. We didn’t see the host but he was only a message away if we needed him. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from station. Overall good stay.

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly host and clear instructions for self check-in. The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. Two improvement points: (1) a small lamp for the night stand to have some indirect lighting and (2) two small pillows to make reading in bed more comfortable. Overall, it’s great value for money and I can recommend it.

A great find in a gritty area. Communication with the manager via WhatsApp for check-in was excellent and I had a good night's sleep apart from some early morning shouting outside. Overall, excellent.

A hidden gem in the heart of Naples!
I’m so thrilled to be the first person to review this property on TripAdvisor.
I just spent two nights at this delightful little place and wanted to get the ball rolling!
It came up on Expedia and I booked a couple of weeks before I arrived, based on the price and location, just minutes walk from Central Station and right in the middle of Naples.
The property is managed remotely by the owner who kindly contacted me well ahead of my arrival and also on the day of arrival to provide clear instructions on how to find the property and how to access it. It was very clear and very easy to understand.
Just five minutes walk and I arrived. This isn’t a corporate hotel, it’s a small family run set up and you’re staying in a traditionally authentic Naples building. I was absolutely thrilled on arrival. It’s a total hidden gem!
It’s obvious from the start that the owner has put so much love and time into this property. This place is SO fresh and clean and looks and feels brand new.
The little touches such as water in the fridge and vouchers to have coffee at the cafe downstairs in a morning are lovely. It’s tastefully decorated with quality fixtures and fittings that just work perfectly. The USB ports either side of the bed are great and the LED lighting is beautiful.
The bed!!!!! I need one at home!!! Absolutely beautiful and comfortable and I slept perfectly.
Beautiful clean bathroom and brand new flooring. It was also nice to have a large,
Modern smart TV on which I was able to log into my Netflix account in the evening.
I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner cares very much and I was made to feel welcomed. I was very sad to leave.
