Lovely hotel, but noisy and inconvenient location
We stayed at Hotel Nuvo for 6 nights and enjoyed a lovely stay. The hotel is finished to a high standard, staff are welcoming and accommodating and rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. The buffet breakfast has a good range of items. The hotel is conveniently located for the metro, it only takes 15 mins to get into central Napoli. However, this close location means it is noisy and you can hear passing trains between 4am - 11pm. We did get used to it and slept through after a few days. There are also not many places to eat/drink nearby so you end up staying in Napoli for the whole day.

Regarding the noise from the nearby railway line, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We would like to clarify that the first train normally passes around 6:30 a.m. and that the line is served by local commuter trains rather than high-speed services.

Great hotel, great staff, great location!
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for transport links into Naples centre, and also other transport links to areas like Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast etc.
Our room was huge, with a balcony overlooking the street below. We loved stepping out on here in the mornings and evenings and just people watch. It was clean and had air con. The breakfast was a lovely selection of the usual continental, with some added traditional pastries from Naples (Sfogliatella).
The staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Especially helping advise how the transport system works and which lines to take etc.
There is the added bonus that you can buy your train tickets direct from reception (just remember to validate them at the validating machine inside the ticket office at Agnano station - it’s a small white machine about the size of a soap dispenser to the left of the ticket window).
All in all, we had a great stay at this hotel and would 100% come back here again!!

Great stay in Napoli
I have stayed at Nuvó various times and am always satisfied! The staff is great and the location is perfect. The cumana train is just across the street and it takes you to the heart of town in 10 minutes! Breakfast has everything you could want. Highly recommended!

Terrible beyond measure.
The location made us feel unsafe especially in the evening.
The room felt stuffy and there was a bad smell especially in the corridor towards our room from the elevator.
The ambience is so outdated and just depressed our mood when we checked in.
There was no tea/coffee tray in our room. Which seemed awkward to us. When we asked for some, they said we needed to pay for a cup of tea. Really?!
We asked the receptionist for any eating place nearby. He recommended one and it was just as bad. The pasta was not well cooked. The sauce had burnt beef and made the sauce a bit bitter. Oh my gosh!
We only realized in the morning that dogs, cats and everything else is allowed in the hotel. Hence my sister waking up with blocked nose, itchy and swollen eyes.
All in all, l can never come back or recommend it to anyone. Not even my enemy.
We didn't take not even one picture at this hotel. But we took hundreds from LHP Napoli palace where we had stayed 2 nights before. I have now learnt not to hop from one hotel to the other like am on a tour bus.

The toilet was dirty. The rooms jave no basic 4 star neccessities such kettle foe tea or coffee.
The room was dull colour and not meeting basic standards
