Unique view of the sea. Well-maintained room and always helpful staff. Smooth stay with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly breakfast service.

Experience without whirlpool but room view... dumpsters
Totally inadequate structure and totally absent staff. We check in and, after a walk, return to enjoy the whirlpool. Sold by “pool” is a beautiful jacuzzi that unfortunately does not work as well as being full of dirt. We had been warned of a difficulty in accessing the tub but the broken platform took a back seat to everything else. We call the person in charge to solve the problem and the answer was: I don't know what to tell you, it has always worked like this! So I tell him: is it normal that out of about 30 squirts only those on the feet work? I'm not a technician but I've used other whirlpools and they all have to work. He doesn't hear any reason, he's not in town so he can't do anything but he still wouldn't have intervened. Absurd!
I ask to be reimbursed and to leave the facility and the manager no longer answers the phone. Definitely bad experience, even for a structure that is defined as city view but, in fact, is seen dumpsters as you can see from the attached photos

5:30am tractor outside window
We booked this property because it was marketed as a luxury, relaxing stay overlooking the Bay of Naples. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.
At approximately 5:30 AM, heavy construction began directly outside our bedroom window. This wasn’t ordinary city noise—it was metal-on-metal screeching from heavy machinery that made it impossible to sleep. I have uploaded a video timestamped 5:54 AM, and by that point the construction had already been going on long enough for me to wake up, realize it wasn’t stopping, get out of bed and start recording.
What was most disappointing was the response. When I contacted management, I was told they had “never, ever” received a complaint about the construction. After hearing the attached video, future guests can decide for themselves whether this level of noise at 5:30 in the morning should have been disclosed before accepting reservations. (Video uploaded to google review since only photos upload here)
The room also had a bug inside the jacuzzi, which I have also uploaded.
We checked out early and requested a refund for the unused second night because the construction completely defeated the purpose of booking this property. Management ignored multiple polite messages before eventually refusing the request.
If this construction had been disclosed before booking, we simply would have chosen another hotel. Guests deserve that choice.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxury stay in Naples, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

It's not a suite.
It's not a suite, it's a very small room and the private pool is a hot tub inside the room that takes away the only space available to put your bags.
the location and 'great and also the sea view but if you keep the windows open enters the room smell of fried restaurants below.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired especially in the bathroom

To be improved
We booked for 2 nights the suite with jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Great location 2 steps from the seafront and 10 minutes walk from Piazza del plebiscito. The structure is nice, very kind the hostess, the view from the room is magnificent shame for the restaurants right under the balcony that in fact prevent you from looking out if you do not want to breathe the smell of fried .In room fridge bar well stocked and in the lobby available coffee and snack vari.La negative note and that in our shower we had the mixer broken and made present we were told that they knew but you could still use.Do not pay 450 € to have such a disservice there seemed a lack of professionalism, we understand the need to work but not to the detriment of the customer
