Excellent experience

Well appointed room with very comfortable bed and great shower. Coffee and tea etc in self serve area.
Walking distance from the airport in Naples.
Enrica and her family are extremely helpful and friendly.
They went out of their way to help us book a trip and provided a great restaurant suggestion.

Definitely Not As Described. Total Rip Off.

The Picture is misleading. Also the reviews are not genuine.
The property is based in a dirty industrial basement. The lift is broken. The room I was allocated was a dull studio with a single bed. It was far from 'superior' as was stated in the booking.
There were a few cheap and nasty biscuits and pie that was seen better days, additive filled toxic items that I would not touch, apparently that substituted 'breakfast'.
My room looked nothing like the picture. There is no view, not unless you see a fume filled road with cars thundering along 24/7 as a 'view'.
My room was far from clean I spotted dust and debris, I do not how they can manage to get away with it be describing this property as 'luxury' or as 'close to the airport'. You are taken in by the lies and after you turn up they have taken your money and it's too late to back out.
Do not stay here is you want a comfortable night's sleep before a flight.
It's a rip off and not as described.

Hałas z ulicy

Plusy: dobre i ładne wyposażenie pokoju. Na korytarzu dostepna kawa z ekspresu, woda mineralna. W pokoju czeka poczęstunek.
Minusy: okna wychodzą na bardzo ruchliwa ulice, gdzie ruchu pojazdow jest cała nać. wiec o spaniu w nocy nie ma mowy.
Dlatego tylko ocena 2/5.
