We'd definitely stay here again!

We just stayed 7 nights at M99 Design Rooms and loved it! Our room was really clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Industrial room and loved the decor. The room had some very cool touches. We didn't experience any street noise and slept well. The shower was great, always hot water available. The towel heater was a nice touch.
A well-equipped shared kitchen - with your own space in the refrigerator - is available. We enjoyed our little balcony as well. The owner was very nice and helpful, offering suggestions. She stayed in an apartment in the building in case we needed to reach her.
The location in Centro Storico could not have been better. We could walk anywhere and there are tons of places to eat - and shop - and a metro stop just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again! (There were two of staying but room can accommodate three.)

Super nice

Very nice apartment, clean and equipped, we stayed with our 10-month-old son and were provided cot with sheets without surcharge as often happens. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Perfect area in the center close to bars / restaurants and the main points to visit in Naples. Owners friendly and helpful, on Easter Day we were also made to find a Lindt bunny. I absolutely recommend it!

Very uncomfortable experience

Good location but the owners were dishonest and breathtakingly rude. It is by far the worst accommodation I've experienced. Not specifically due to the facilities but due to the behaviour of the owner. After an issue was raised with the owner they seemed keen to stoke their own outrage at being challenged rather than de-escalate the situation. We had booked the only room with an outside terrace area but we're not given it and we were told we were wrong. This original source of the conflict wasn't very important really, but then after their lies concerning our booking had been exposed, they were angry and offered no apology of any kind. After literal shouting from them, we were blamed for the situation. The atmosphere was very unpleasant. The room was ok, not great and not terrible.

Birthday werkend

Can’t reconvened it too highly.
Not a hotel more like staying with a mate in one of his totally cool spare rooms. The rooms are themed; ours was “Pop” and was so cool decorated with a cartoon themed bed, albums on the wall and a space invaders wardrobe. Another was “Industrial”. I can’t remember the others but you get the idea. There’s an equally cool shared kitchen (huge).
M99 is position near the university and is conveniently placed for Spaconapoli, an absolute must for a first time Napoli visitor.
The metro convenience gives you train station convenience. From here you can do Pompeii yourself, or better still do Herculaneum (note it’s Erculano in Italian). The train’s fun and cheap as chips. Have an adventure.
Talking about metro, check out the cool light tube in Toledo station. Amazing.

You really are in the Historic Center, amazing location.
Full of service and amazing food.....
our room was my dream. full of vinyls....tables, lamps.....we love it
