A dream — if your dream is a full-blown nightmare

This place isn’t a hotel, it’s a social experiment to test human patience and suffering. They didn’t answer messages or calls, so we spent a delightful four hours trying to figure out how to enter the building. Eventually, a kind Italian stranger (who apparently has better connections than we did) called them, and someone from a completely different hotel showed up to let us in.
The room? Oh, a masterpiece: a taped-up toilet, a cloud of incense that could choke a monk, a wobbly bed with a mattress that felt like a memory foam grave, and the sweet lullaby of sirens and traffic blaring all night long. Imagine trying to sleep under a highway with a rave going on — but less comfortable.
Breakfast was a horror show of its own. The staff member clearly trained in the art of passive-aggression, rolled her eyes at any request for water, tea, or coffee like we’d just asked her to donate a kidney.
And the elevator? A luxury experience — for just 10 cents you can ride it with your luggage. Because nothing says “hospitality” like a coin-operated elevator in the 21st century.
Highly recommended if you’re bored with life, want to sleep like a troll under a bridge, and fight a hobo for breakfast in the morning.

Never again Napoli Garibaldi Square

Hotel is more B&B. Labeling minimal.
Call to the phone number comes Answered in Italian.
Request in english to the email address was not answered.
Reception is not staffed. Only by chance did a resident of the building come out who knew how to contact the B&B. Rooms are on the second floor just off the main thoroughfare and so very noisy because of the cars.
Breakfast poor. The 3 staff of the B&B we got to see all unfriendly and hardly of the English powerful.
Not recommended.

Disastrous and misleading

I wish today I would see these comments before going... And not Booking's which gives it the best rating. The worst experience of my life. Ugly neighborhood, entrance through a horrible gate into a communal courtyard. The location is not well identified. They kept us waiting to get in. The gentleman who came to open us charged us in cash, told us what was all paid, and what then reached us the bill. Now I also have a sum of money on my credit card, and we never saw the bill. There's no reception, there's never anyone. There is no breakfast, only two snack machines to pay with coins, the elevator also works with coins. Don't gonnnnnn

Very friendly staff. Breakfast delivered as a room service. Very clean room
With balcony. Do not recommend to somebody with sleeping errors as big street close by👍
